Having returned for the annual sojourn to Devon to put on a musical all of the tools are finally back in the flat and progress is starting to be made.
Welded the first tab onto the chassis. Not the neatest of welds, mainly due to it being awkward access. The weld across the front looks very neat however. Started cutting the other mounting tab out, but the grinding discs were getting to small. Went to B&Q but picked up the wrong size discs so they don't fit the grinder.
Mailed Rimmer Bros about getting hold of another alternator bracket.
